Results through research, iteration, and collaboration.
UX is more than creating an attractive façade. Conducting research, collecting user data, setting project goals, validating assumptions, and evaluating metrics are all part of the design process. It takes experience to know how all the pieces fit together. A good designer understands the importance of both business requirements and the user needs and how to fit them together into a single, harmonious solution. Producing design deliverables are only half of the job. The best solutions often require communication and connectivity between stakeholders, teams, and even external clients and companies.
